The internet is a busy place. I wanted to create a place that was the antithesis of that busyness, a place to introspect, a place to contemplate. A place to start a conversation within and without.
How often do we listen to our thoughts? Actually, how often do we even try to quiet our thoughts and slow the pace of the onslaught?
The peace that is derived from simply stopping to take a few intentional breaths can be life-changing. I too have a habit of rushing, of million miles per hour thoughts that derail me from the present moment.
The knowledge library is a garden I’m tending where I’ll be adding seeds of knowledge I’ve distilled from Traditional Chinese Medicine into bite size pieces that one can pause and reflect on.
Ancient Wisdom isn’t fast food, it’s an aged tea that is to be steeped with our own inner wisdom and sipped on with intention.
There’s other areas like writings where you’ll find some of my thoughts on deeper subjects to explore, and a practice area where I’ll post simple practices for you to do at home.
